1. The requirement for a course in Career Development Process has been removed. The required training is now CD Theories, CD Ethics and a CD elective (or their equivalent)

What is a professional certification (designation)?
A professional certification is a standard of practice set out by a professional governing body. The governing body clearly articulates the competencies (knowledge, skills and abilities/attributes) necessary to delivery a standard of excellence in a field of practice.

Certification sets a standard of practice for the field of career development and holding your designation shows you meet this standard of practice and demonstrates your commitment to professional growth and development.
